Shipping

Shipping within Sweden is free on orders over 900 SEK, and within the rest of Europe it is free on orders over 120 €.

Below these amounts, there is a shipping cost of 49 SEK in Sweden and 7 € within the rest of Europe.

Usually we ship items that are in stock within 1-3 working days.

 

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving your order.

To request a return label, please email info@masimalo.com and state your order number and which product you wish to return. A shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund (49 SEK for returns within Sweden and 7 € for the rest of Europe).

The product must not be used, should be clean, free of dog hair and in its original packaging with intact labels and/or protective stickers.

A refund will be issued usually within 1-5 working days.

Please note that dog grooming products can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Good fit is key for optimal wearing comfort. If you already have a good fitting collar, measure it from the buckle to the adjustment hole, and refer to the flat collar size chart for the size.

If you measure the neck size of your dog, always make sure that you fit about two fingers underneath the collar for comfort.

In between sizes? We suggest you take the bigger size!

The higher number should be big enough so that it fits over your dog's head. The lower number should be tight enough so that it does not slip over your dog's head.
