SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 900 SEK, and free shipping within the rest of Europe on orders over 120 €.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are 49 SEK within Sweden and 7 € within Europe.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email info@masimalo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund (49 SEK within Sweden and 7 € within Europe).
Returned items must be unused, clean, free of dog hair, and sent back in their original packaging with all labels and protective elements intact. Refunds are usually processed within 1–5 working days after the return has been received.
Returns outside Europe
For returns outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Returns are made at the customer’s own risk, including loss or damage during transit.
Please note that dog grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
