SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 1000 SEK, and free shipping within the rest of Europe on orders over 130 €.

For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are 59 SEK within Sweden and 8 € within Europe.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

RETURNS

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request to cancel it by emailing info@masimalo.com. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

To request a return, please email us at info@masimalo.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. A return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund (49 SEK within Sweden and €7 within Europe).

Returned items must be unused except to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, clean, free of dog hair, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and protective elements intact. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in its value.

Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

For returns outside the European Union, including the UK, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Returns are made at the customer's own risk, including loss or damage during transit.

Made-to-order, custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started and cannot be returned. Dog grooming products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

SIZE GUIDE

Accurate measurements ensure comfort, freedom of movement, and the correct fit. Use a flexible measuring tape and measure your dog while standing naturally.

If you already have a good fitting collar, measure it from the buckle to the adjustment hole, and refer to the flat collar size chart for the size

(1) Neck
Measure around the base of the neck, where a collar would normally rest - not too high or too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck.

(2) Chest / Torso
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement for harness fit and should be taken carefully.

Compare your measurements with our size guide to find the best fit. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
